ABOUT THE BRAND
Founded by Kyle Parsons from San Francisco, on his first surf trip to Bali in 2004. The sandals he was wearing at the time broke, so Kyle made a pair of flip flops from old tires, little did he know it would become his lifes passion.
We dedicated the last 15 years to being the environmental keepers of the future. We merged artisan skill with corrective impact, developing a laborious shoe making process that transforms tires to soles by hand.
A breakthrough technology was needed that could address mass scale. Indosole aspired to double growth while significantly reducing global negative impact.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 1 year warranty on any product defect or issues related to the product or its construction. To redeem your warranty pair of sandals, email photos and note to: indo@indosole.com
Full warranty on defective products within the U.S. and Indonesia.
What is your return & exchange policy?
- Returns/Exchanges accepted within 30 days via RE:DO. $2.48 must be paid at checkout for the unlimited service. Product returns or exchanges need to be re-sellable and unworn.
- It is highly recommended to purchase the RE:DO Return/Exchange service for $2.48 which covers return shipping and both ways for an exchange. Without this service, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Full warranty on defective products within the U.S. and Indonesia.
- International exchange fees are also borne by the customer.
